Refund policy

However, if there is an issue, we are here to help.
1. Returns (14 Days)
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging (unopened if possible)
• Free from any signs of wear, damage, washing, or odor
Returns are not accepted if the product has been used or worn.
3. Proof Requirement
All return requests must include:
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos showing condition, packaging, and issue (if any)
We reserve the right to decline returns without proper proof.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence.
Once verified, we will offer:
• Replacement (preferred)
or
• Full refund
In this case, we will cover return or replacement costs.
5. Non-Damaged Items
Returns for non-damaged items are not guaranteed.
Each request is reviewed case-by-case, and approval is at the discretion of MAYLON.
6. Return Shipping
If your return is approved:
• The customer covers return shipping
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 7–14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
8. Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and returned to us:
• We will contact you
• If no response is received, the order may not be refunded
